Do I have to share candidates with other companies to use this?
No. Rediscovery (keeping your own finalists warm for your own future roles) is free and works with zero network sharing. The network is a separate, optional layer, and there's a single toggle to turn it off for your org entirely.
Doesn't this expose that we rejected someone?
No specific reason ever leaves your Ashby. Candidates and other companies only ever see the stage reached and a general category, never scorecards, feedback text, or why one candidate beat another.
What if a candidate doesn't want to be shared?
Then they aren't. Both opt-ins are unticked by default, and either can be withdrawn instantly from a link that needs no password. Declining still gets them the respectful note about how far they got.
